All doors are shipped ground common carrier, prepaid. |

All doors must be inspected upon arrival and all claims for damages must be made at that time. |
|
|
|
Inspect each door immediately upon receipt. All visible defects or mistakes in shipment must be reported to Doors4less before cutting, hanging, finishing or altering the door in any way. |

|
Notations of exception must be made at that time on the bill of lading. |
|
|
|
Damages not noted on the Bill of Lading after delivery will be deemed the customer's responsibility. It is the responsibility of the consignee (person receiving the doors) to file freight claims. |

|
|
In the case of a defective door, it is the option of Door 4 less and the manufacturer AAW, INC to: repair the door, replace the door or refund the cost of the door. (Shipment fees are non-refundable). |
|
|
|
Claims shall not include any costs for taking down defective door, finishing or hanging of new or temporary door. |
|
|
|
Shipping fee quoted by Doors4less, Inc. is an estimate only from freight companies we recommend. (Prices are calculated by weight/destination and may vary) See details attached to your estimate/invoice. Doors4less, Inc. is not responsible nor held accountable for any extra fees/weight increase/lift-gate charges/residential delivery fee/changes/extras in freight bills, or in collecting shipping fees for neither shipping Co. nor Customers. Doors4Less, Inc customers will enjoy our discounted shipping rates from various Freight Companies. We will quote you the best rate/fast transit time carrier to your zip code destination. Your shipment is fully insured, and in case of damage/s occurred during shipment, Customer will place an insurance claim directly with the claim department of the freight company used. |

Your order will be shipped "FREIGHT COLLECT" and will be paid by customer upon delivery. We, Doors4less, Inc. will not collect shipping fees from customers for any door/s order placed with us. We strongly recommended you will inspect your door order before accepting/paying for it. |
